TD021 Line Boring Machine

The full-function line boring machine models TD021 and TD023 with 21 or 23 spindles are the perfect machines for furniture construction applications and European frameless 32 mm cabinet applications.

“QuickDepth” quick change device to adjust

Thanks to the patented "QuickDepth" quick change device, the drilling depth for vertical and horizontal holes can be adjusted precisely in a matter of seconds. Changing between horizontal and vertical drilling is supported pneumatically. With the powerful 1.5 KW motor, holes of up to 65 mm in depth with a rotational speed of 2,800 rpm can be drilled. The maximum size of the workpiece to be drilled on the TD021 is 880 mm and 950 mm on the TD023.

Useful accessories

The basic machines are equipped with a fence system with 4 stops where workpieces of up to a length of 3000 mm can be machined precisely. The two pneumatic holddown clamps, that adjust to the workpiece thickness automatically, efficiently hold the workpiece in position for the operator.
